Yuwi

Yuwi (Iquis: Yūwiʼ) is a deity that appears in many human faiths in the Settled Systems. It is most commonly associated with the monotheistic Yuwiism, practiced mostly in the Coalition of Allied Star Systems.

History

The earliest depictions of Yuwi emerged from the settlements of Heva in the 6th centry AAI, then worshipped as the cosmic deity Elohufiʼ.

Elohufiʼ shared a pantheon with various minor gods until a definitive monotheistic variant of the Hevan mythology arose in the 14th century AAI. This belief system is the shared ancestry of numerous faiths in the Settled Systems, collectively known as the Elohufic religions.

Yuwi is worshipped in Maadmugism as the Cosmic Anima.
