Star Republic of Artashia

The Star Republic of Artashia (Artashian: Rtahašailiz Rukblektaban) was an interstellar polity active from 2192 to 2515. It was replaced by the Artashian Federation in 2515.

History

The Great Devastation of Heva in 2021 AAI effectively ended the domination of the Hevan World Federation within the stellar neighbourhood. Artashia, then a colony of the Federation, was left to fend for itself as its economic connections to the capital world was suddenly severed.

Although the planet managed to stay unified under the Artashian Provisional Independent Government, beginning in 2082, various factions among the settlers then vyed for global domination for over a hundred years, until warlord XX unified the planet under his banner in 2192, forming the Star Republic.

Due to the state of constant warfare, Artashia lost the ability to maintain its sequence-capable starships, virtually having been cut off from the rest of the stellar neighbourhood.
