Haran Hurm was a semi-mythical figure mentioned in the Tkhal. According to scripture, Haran Hurm unified the various Earth polities scattered across the Old Galaxy, and declared himself Emperor of the Heavens under the auspices of the Cosmic Anima, ruling the realm for fifty-thousand years.
