Black-clad Man

The Black-clad Man (Iquis: Kčūnkyōtah Ketā [ˈkt͡ʃuŋkjotɐh kɛˈtɑ]) is a being that is purported to have been seen during important eras of change among the worlds of the Settled Systems. Today, its sightings remains one of the greatest mysteries in the region, and is a source of great controversy among anomalologists. There have been confirmed sightings of such a figure, documented in footage and photos throughout the past millennium, but their authenticity remains dubious.

The Black-clad Man, as the name suggests, is purported to be a tall, slender humanoid figure that is either dressed in an unknown black material, or possesses jet-black skin or an equivalent outer layer.
