Today, its sightings remains one of the greatest mysteries in the region, and is a source of great controversy among anomalologists.

The Black-clad Man, as the name suggests, is purported to be a tall, slender humanoid figure that is either dressed in an unknown black material, or possesses jet-black skin or an equivalent outer layer.
