The United Ashranate of Heva and Ozt (Iquis: Mātomssiytah Āšraʔas Hēva me Ōzt [ˈmɑtɔmsːɪjtɐɦ ˈɑʃrɐʔɐs ˈhevɐ mɛ ˈozt]) is the government representing planet Heva and its larger moon Ozt in the Coalition of Allied Star Systems. It was formed to represent the inhabitants of Heva at the signing of the Incognita V Accords. Its head of state is constitutionally required to be a member of the Toitrinid dynasty. Its current ashra is Bōtcqōco III.
