Ab annō Icnōse (Latin: 'from the year of Icnosis'), abbreviated as AAI, expresses a date in years since the Icnosis, considered as Year 1. Dates before the Icnosis are followed by AT (Latin: Annō Terrae 'year of Earth') or AH (Latin: Ante Hominēs 'before Humans') depending on perspective.
