Government Quarter (Iquis: Soys Čpowri [sɔjs t͡ʃpɔwrɪ]) is a district of Heva. It is the only land area on Heva that is not covered by the First nor Second Ecumenopolises. It is considered the administrative center of both the planet and the Coalition of Allied Star Systems. It is home to the Silver Palace, the official residence and seat of Hevan ashras, and also the location of the Planetary Senate and Assembly.
